Just stopped in yesterday for my first visit to Volvo in Winston Salem and worked with Dallas Lee!!! From the time I walked in everyone was very nice and inviting and made you feel welcomed..... not your typical used car feeling with salesmen just waiting to pounce on you. Dallas took pride in where he worked and was very thorough explaining the ins and outs of the Volvo S60 on our test ride. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, though the quality of the car and independently owned dealership with such high standards in care to their clients, ended up in a car deal. I couldn't be happier with the new car, the care this dealership provides with each car purchased (free oil changes, tire rotations, car washes and state inspections) and just the family feel overall. I would highly recommend Volvo in Winston Salem and Dallas! He is just the best! Thank you again!

We had two wonderful experiences with Volvo Winston Salem. Especially Pablo! In September we bought an XC40 and loved it! Two months later it was totaled when a deer hit us head on. Within a day Pablo had two excellent replacement options and did a fabulous job talking us thru pros and cons of XC40 and XC60. Answered all our concerns! Liked him so much we referred our son. He bought an xc60 the same day! Best service ever!!
The customer service at Volvo Cars was excellent. Chris Sellers and Abbi were amazing. They were so nice and patient! I did not feel pressured to make any decisions and they explained every step in great detail. It was my first time purchasing a car and it was a great experience, I highly recommend!
Let them know from the get go I needed to get in and out in a hurry since I work nightshift and needed to get home for a nap. Between Chris and Abbi I was in and out in less than an hour and a half including the test drive! Great people to talk too, super friendly, and when I declined the extended warranty stuff there was zero pressure to get me to change my mind. Wish all car buying situations were this pleasant and easy!
This was my first time buying a car at Volvo Winston Salem and I would definitely purchase from them again. Dallas, the sales associate, was knowledgeable, personable, and detail oriented.
